Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all 2nd STREET security tags and store labels remain attached and intact.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items to verify their condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
